GOODMORNING collects and processes only the personal data that is necessary for the performance of its services, such as brokerage and payroll processing. Access to such data shall be limited to the employees/third parties for whom such data are necessary for the performance of their tasks. Since we, as a temporary employment agency, are responsible for the accuracy of this information, we will periodically ask if the information provided is still correct. How do we use personal information obtained from temporary agency workers via the website?
If you register as a temporary agency worker via one of our websites and agree to mediation, GOODMORNING will contact you to complete your portfolio. If you are employed as a temporary employee for GOODMORNING, you will receive a user name and password via e-mail. With this user name and password you can log into the GOODMORNING application and the GOODMORNING portal. You can login to the GOODMORNING portal via our website and you can download the application from our website. After the first login you will be prompted to change your password. You can only view your data in the portal because you only have Read permissions. If you want to change your data in the portal, you can do it via GOODMORNING. You can call us or send an email to change your details. In the application, you can change your data yourself. You can also use the application to sign personal documents electronically.
GOODMORNING collects and uses your personal data to operate the GOODMORNING website and to act as an intermediary between you and our clients / clients. If you contact us via the contact form, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address and possibly some additional information. We use your data only to process your request. When you send us a query, email or other messages, we may store them.
Cookies are also placed via our website through Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to track and receive reports on how users use the site. The data storage period of the registered temporary employee

As long as the registered temporary employee wants to be mediated for work by GOODMORNING, we can keep the relevant data. We may keep a copy of the applicant’s identity document for as long as necessary, a maximum of four weeks. Data can be stored longer if necessary and justified. In the case of a specific complaint or claim, GOODMORNING may store relevant data if it is necessary to resolve the complaint or claim or until the statute of limitations.
The period of temporary employee data storage
By a temporary employee we mean a person who works for GOODMORNING and with whom GOODMORNING has concluded a contract of employment. As long as a temporary employee works for GOODMORNING, GOODMORNING may store personal data. There are different rules for sensitive personal data, such as health and illness data. The storage period of the temporary employee who is no longer working
The personal data of the temporary employee who previously worked for GOODMORNING must, in principle, be removed no later than two years after the date on which the temporary employee was still working for GOODMORNING.
